BNA Mentor Coaching
Through BNA Mentor Coaching, the ADAPT Health Coach Training Program, and private mentor coaching, Amy and Betsy have trained and assessed more than 1000 coaches. Through BNA, they offer individual, group, and corporate team training and workshops developed around experiential learning. They also offer a variety of continuing education courses, including those approved by the International Coach Federation and the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches for CEUs.

Mentor Coaching, Supervision and Workshops
Mentor coaching, whether individually or within a group, provides professional guidance to grow, strengthen, and achieve deeper levels of coaching competency and capacities. Through experiential and interactive offerings, BNA Mentor Coaching provides professional guidance and shaping of skills to achieve advanced levels of coaching competency.

Corporate and Team Coaching
BNA provides coaching and mentoring to corporate teams through trainings and workshops as well as one-on-one mentoring and coaching for individual leaders and leadership teams. We work with companies establishing new coaching teams/practices, developing existing teams, or working to bring better communication within or across teams, whether in-person, remote or hybrid.

We coach individuals around business, transformation, and health and wellness. This may include health, executive presence, career transitions, leadership development, difficult conversations, building confidence, limiting beliefs, inner critic and inner resources, work / life balance, mindfulness and self care.
Meet BNA
Betsy Salkind
PCC, NBC-HWC, Mayo Clinic Certified, MS in Organization Studies
Betsy Salkind is a Board Certified Health Coach, holds a Master’s from the Sloan School of Management at MIT, and was a Federal Reserve Bank Examiner. She served as Associate Director and Lead Mentor Coach at the ADAPT Functional Health Coach Training Program and currently maintains a private practice. A professional stand-up comic and former TV writer, Betsy toured with a professional improv comedy troupe [Guilty Children], and taught improv at Emerson College, MIT, AMDA, health tech companies, group homes, and more. Improv for Coaches combines her two great passions.
Amy J. Warshawsky
MCC, NBC-HWC, CPCC (CTI), MS in Journalism
Amy J. Warshawsky is certified by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach and by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches. She was a Mentor Coach for the ADAPT Functional Health Coach Training Program and is a Sayge Business Coach and Assessor in addition to maintaining a private practice where she works with individuals and teams. Amy brings 12 years of expertise in movement and mind-body techniques to coaching as well as 15 years of experience as a director of community events and communications. She holds degrees from Cornell University and Northwestern.
