  • Betsy Salkind

    PCC, NBC-HWC, A-CFHC, Mayo Clinic Certified, MS in Organization Studies

    Betsy Salkind was a faculty member in the ADAPT Health Coach Training Program, where she served as Associate Director, Lead Mentor Coach and Assessor. She holds certifications from the International Coach Federation, National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches, The Mayo Clinic and ADAPT. She co-founded BNA Mentor Coaching and works in private practice as a mentor, business and health coach. She was previously a health coach for a telemedicine company serving both corporate employees and direct subscribers.

    Before becoming a coach, Betsy worked for decades as a professional stand-up comedian (and still does!) [credits include: Tonight Show with Jay Leno, SHOWTIME’s Fierce Funny Women] and television writer [credits include: Roseanne, Saturday Night Special]. She has an undergraduate degree from MIT and a Master’s degree in Organization Studies from the Sloan School of Management. Betsy has taught health empowerment courses for high school students and improvisation at MIT, Emerson College, AMDA, group homes, corporations, and specifically for coaches. Betsy believes creativity, curiosity, and humor are essential to great coaching and teaching, and she strives always to bring them to the work she does.

  • Amy Warshawsky

    MCC, NBC-HWC, A-CFHC, CPPC (CTI), MS in Journalism

    Amy Warshawsky was a mentor coach and faculty member in the ADAPT Health Coach Training Program, founder of Feel Alive in Your Body and co-founder of BNA Mentor Coaching. She has helped many individuals and groups across a wide variety of industries strategize next steps in their professional and personal lives, transition with clarity and ease, and express themselves with resolve as they stand certain and strong in their beliefs.

    Amy has held numerous corporate, not-for-profit and coaching positions over the past 25 years, including those in major community events planning, marketing and public relations. In addition to working with private, corporate and group coaching clients, she was an Adjunct Professor at Bloomfield College in New Jersey and led a pro-bono coaching initiative for the International Coach Federation Foundation. She has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a Masters in Journalism from Northwestern University.

    As a Black Belt Instructor of The Nia Technique and other movement modalities, including self defense, she specializes the concept of embodiment for coaches.

  • Celia Alario

    NBC-HWC, A-CFHC

    Celia Alario comes to health and wellness coaching (and group health coaching facilitation training) with more than 25 years of prior experience facilitating workshops, classes, university courses, organizational retreats, meetings and panels in non-profit and social impact startup spaces. She’s facilitated, and trained others to facilitate group coaching and training experiences on topics including media relations, spokesperson skills, public speaking and presentation skills, and provided high touch public speaking coaching to over 1,500 change agents and emerging thought leaders, facilitating solo or as part of a facilitation team  for groups of 5-200 people at at time.

  • Kelley J Brower

    LMHC, CFRC

    Kelley worked as professional comic, actor, writer and director. At the crack of her 30’s, she worked as a volunteer peer counselor for the LGBTQ community for 5 years where her unfolding love of human behavior eventually led her to back to school to become a psychotherapist. Kelley specializes in Couples and Relationship therapy, and is a level 3 trained Gottman Couples therapist. She has worked with couples of all sizes, shapes and colors for the last 8 years. Kelley believes that when creativity and humor are blended with behavioral science and evidenced-based strategies and tools, this combo-platter not only helps people learn, grow and make meaningful life changes, but also brings laughter and fun into the psychological journey.

  • Kelly Gorder

    NBC-HWC, A-CFHC

    Kelly combines executive leadership with coaching and functional health to support those looking to transform their goals and ambitions into long term, sustainable strategies. She emphasizes effective, empathic communication to support individuals and teams seeking balance among health, life and work. For more than 20 years, Kelly successfully led teams within corporate retail, but eventually saw her vibrancy decline due to heavy workloads and competing priorities. With some space and reflection, Kelly sought out coaching to carve out her next, more balanced life chapter. Kelly works with anyone seeking change as they harness their strengths and values to prioritize a vision for their best selves.

  • Wendy McLaughlin

    MS, MCHES, NBC-HWC, Wellcoach, A-CFHC

    Wendy has worked for 30 years in the field of health and wellness – and 16 years as a coach for an international HR company focusing on total wellbeing. Most recently, she has been one of the mentor coaches for the ADAPT Functional Health Coach Training Program. She does private mentor coaching, teaches supervisory sessions, National Board-approved continuing education classes, and Board-prep courses. She has a MS in Health Education and is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES). Wendy also has certificates from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (Lifestyle Medicine for Coaches) and the National Diabetes Prevention Program: Lifestyle Coach Training (Rollins/Emory).

  • Melissa Pylypchuk

    Melissa is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Melissa supports coaches toward credentialing and board exam preparation. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and is experienced with over 15 years of leadership development, coaching, and delivering coach training programs in organizations. She is currently one of the mentor coaches for the ADAPT Functional Health Coach Training Program. Melissa loves helping people find balance and joy and thriving in their personal and professional life.
