This group mentor coaching offer will fully satisfy the ICF requirements for a maximum of 7 hours of group mentor coaching whether you are preparing for ACC or PCC certification or ACC renewal. Individual sessions can be purchased separately to satisfy the minimum of 3-hour individual mentor coaching requirement.

What to Expect in the Group Sessions 

• 7 hours (maximum allowed by the ICF)

  • 1-Hour pre-recorded Introductory Session: discussion of ICF competencies and expectations at ACC / PCC levels

  • Five, 1.5-Hour Sessions: 35 - 40 minutes coaching in the room or recording with feedback plus in-depth discussion of competencies

  • Resources ( i.e. sample recordings, charts) provided

What to Expect in the Individual Sessions 

• 3, 1-hour session(s) minimum

  • Coach provides 20- to 60-minute session prior to individual session

  • Session is pre-reviewed and written assessment provided in advance by Mentor Coach 

  • Coach and MC meet for feedback and in-depth discussion of the session with growth possibilities provided
