Improv for Coaches, Series 2
8 New Interactive Sessions
Prerequisite: Improv for Coaches (original series)
Ready for even more play and experiential learning that will deepen and expand your coaching artistry? Series 2 builds on Series 1 adding 8 new topics for in-depth exploration. Work with a group of seasoned fellow coaches to take your play and coaching to deeper levels. In addition to improv ‘games’ you’ll coach, be coached, discuss, share insight and get supportive feedback on your coaching.
Using improv rules and structures from theatre and comedy designed for carefully curated topics and tailored just for coaches, we will continue to experiment, play and learn. You’ll get comfortable with not pre-planning or getting ahead in your coaching conversations, and trust in the bottomless well of ideas and possibilities that we all (coaches and clients) have access to all of the time.
Session topics for Series 2, include:
Emotions
Metaphor
Energy (Somatic Awareness)
Stages of Change
Metaview
Ambivalence
Goals
