Improvisation is the heart of coaching, communication and leadership. It's being in the moment, listening and responding. Play and creativity are not just fun features -- they’re fundamental to powerful leadership.

Sharpen your leadership presence while having fun. As leaders, we are improvisers — we show up with frameworks, experience and hard-won wisdom, but our greatest impact happens when we're fully in the moment: listening deeply, connecting authentically and co-creating with the people around us.

Drawing on improv rules and structures from theatre and comedy — as well as principles tailored specifically for leaders — we experiment, play and discover together. You'll build the confidence to let go of the script, stop rehearsing your next move and trust the remarkable well of creativity and possibility that lives in every room, every team and every conversation.

In this 3-hour experiential session, you will strengthen your presence as a leader and unlock new ways of listening, connecting, and sparking innovation with the people you lead.

Upon completion, you will be able to:

  • Quickly shift into a calm, creative, and resourceful state — even in the midst of uncertainty and change.

  • Listen actively and with precision, picking up on what your team members truly value, need, and bring to the table.

  • Bring playfulness and empathy into your leadership style, creating the psychological safety where fresh ideas can take root.
